IMPORTANT! If you decide to return a product, it must be clearly identified so we can process the refund. If our staff cannot determine which customer the item belongs to, we unfortunately cannot issue the refund.
NOTE: The time for any exchange or return must not exceed 15 days from the date of purchase.
If you wish to make a return, you must create a shipping label from this section using the link. You do not need to print the label, but you must include your order number with the product to be returned, pack the product you are returning, take it to a branch, and present the label at the branch designated for shipping your product. The label will have an expiration date of 3 days from the date of shipment.
-Returns from Spain (mainland) and Portugal are free.
-The return shipping cost from the Balearic Islands and the rest of Europe is €14.90.
-Returns from the Canary Islands are the customer's responsibility.

PLEASE REMEMBER that, in order to return the product, it:
- Must have the original labels and original packaging.
- Must NOT have been used.
- Large-volume products such as sleeping bags, tatami mats, etc. cannot be returned.
- Products considered intimate apparel such as mouthguards, bandages, groin guards, women's tops, etc. cannot be returned.
- If you received a gift when making the purchase, this must also be returned. Otherwise, you will be refunded, minus the price of the gift.
Once we receive the return, and after checking that everything is correct, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the order. The time from the time you return your item to the time you receive it can range from 5 to 15 business days.
