In Boxing Gloves the sizes are in Ounces (28.35 grams). At Buddha Sports we recommend:

• - 4,6,8 Ounces for Children between 6 years and 12 years old.

• - 10 Ounces intended for Women and Men not exceeding 50 kilos.

• - 12 Ounces , is the most popular measure, we recommend 12 Ounces to Women and Men not exceeding 70 Kilos, we also say that many professional wrestlers of low and high weights use it for hitting Bags, Paos or mitts.

• - 14 Ounces (-80 kilos) and 16 Ounces (-95 Kilos). Gloves recommended for hard workouts and moderate gloves.

• - 18 Ounces totally indicated for Sparring.
